RDA is working towards third party accreditation on its management system, this ensures continuing improvements.

This quality system ensures that the final product delivered to the client has been delivered with maximum use of quality procedures.

Work Method Statements are developed for projects to ensure the success of the process of Quality management and Quality procedures. This forms the basis of the Project Management.

Comprehensive checklists also ensure that project requirements are covered.

Delivery of the Project

Rock Drilling Australia Pty. Ltd. has the capability of delivering the project on time and on budget.

The management of projects is implemented at our head office and managed by our team on-site ensuring the best possible Project Management is utilized.

Client contact is important and meetings with our client are held regularly to discuss the progress of the project and any issues that may be a concern. We also meet on a regular basis with our subcontractors to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible.

An RDA partner is based on site. This enables the company to keep up to date with the progress of the project, monitor and improve performance to keep the project running in accordance with its original delivery criteria.

Our team is fully supported by the administration systems in place, software programs are updated regularly and our computers are networked to ensure that all personnel are up to date with the system resources available.

All key personnel have access to a wide range of applications including Word Processing, Accounting, Spreadsheets, Costing tools, Database, Email and other specialized packages.

Regular meetings are held as we believe that communication is important to the continual success of each individual project.

For Hire - Excavator

RDA has a Hitachi 22 tonne excavator available for hire. We can provide a very competitive rate with or without an experienced operator. The excavator comes with the following attachments.

  • 600mm - Bucket
  • 900mm - Bucket
  • 1200mm Mud Bucket
  • Ripper

For Hire - Tip Truck

Also available to hire is a 3 meter tip truck. The big advantage of this reliable earth moving is that it can be driven by anyone with a standard car licence. This truck can carry loads of up to 2.5 tonne.
